We respect the privacy of our online visitors and users of the Kactuce CRM + service

We recognize the importance of protecting your information we collect about.  This privacy agreement explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information and how you can exercise your rights with respect to the personal information we use. “Personal information” means any information that identifies, directly or indirectly, your identity.

 

This privacy agreement applies to our website at Kactuce.com, including any mobile or localized version and any subdomain our “product”, which is our suite of services and features related to business management.

It also covers the processing of personal information that we can collect on social networks.

 

If you receive an invoice from one of our customers and then go to the site or interact with the service, you are also considered to be a user of the service that may be subject to this privacy agreement.

HOW WE STORE AND PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

  • Payment information:

Kactuce.com collects credit card information using a transparent and secure procedure for our payment processors and does not store full credit card numbers or CVV2 data themselves. All credit card information you provide is stored by our payment processors who are committed to complying with the payment card sector data security standard (PCI-DSS). Our payment processors use your payment information as follows:

Billing information collected when you register for a paid account.  We may collect billing information if you sign up for a paid account.

Personal and professional information collected during your use of the service. After you have set up an account for the service and in order to provide you with the service, we may collect various information about your use of the service regarding your business and your customers, for example your phone number, your information from customer accounts or customers. mailing addresses or taxpayer identification numbers.

Information collected on social networks and third parties. We may receive information about you when you interact with the service through different social media, for example by connecting via or by “loving” us on Facebook or by “following” us on Twitter. The data we receive depends on your privacy settings with the social network. Your opt-out options for calls from us are described below in section 5 (your choices regarding your information) below;

We may also provide anonymous information about you to our financing or lending partners, who may use them to provide you with capital or loan opportunities (which may be posted via the service or separately) and linked. Purposes. For example, this may include non-personally identifiable information about your Kactuce CRM + account, your billing history, or the use of the service. You will not be identified with the capital or loan partner nominally, unless you respond to its capital or loan offer; If you respond, you will be asked to provide (or consent to provide) your name and other information directly to the capital partner or lender, for the use of the capital partner or lender in accordance with its contract or special terms. If the applicable law requires us to treat such information as personal information, we will only disclose it in the manner described above. Otherwise, we may disclose this information for any reason whatsoever. Please note that Kactuce CRM + is not responsible if an invoice recipient chooses to share an invoice containing your information with third parties.

 

OUR CHOICES ON YOUR INFORMATION

You control your account information and communication preferences: you can update certain information in your account and your communication preferences at any time by logging into your account and changing the settings of your account. You can also stop receiving calls from us by sending your request to unsubscribe by email to support@kactuce.com you can stop receiving promotional emails from us by clicking on the link unsubscribe provided in these communications. We make every effort to promptly process all unsubscribe requests. However, you may not unsubscribe from service-related communications (account verification, purchase and billing confirmations, reminders, changes/updates to service features, technical and security agreement), unless you terminate your account. Life span of your personal information: retention times may vary considerably depending on the type of information collected and how it is used. Kactuce CRM + retention periods are based on criteria including retention periods prescribed by law, ongoing or potential litigation, our intellectual property or proprietary rights, contractual requirements, operational guidelines or requirements and historical archiving.
